commonly known as Hanchurch woods
Many people have walked over this area, a vast area indeed, and have posted maps of where they have been. It was hard to tell from the maps on the page where had been done so I have put all the ones relevant to this area on their own page in the hope mobile users find it easier to navigate round the site and maps. Please bear with me, I am not much of a computer nerd so I have to learn how to do new stuff.

Approximate area searched at Swynnerton Old Park this afternoon. Unfortunately with no joy. Not completely accurate as my phone gave up but managed to speak to a few other walkers and asked them to keep their eyes open and spread the word to anyone else they come across posted 30/11/16

​Attached are the routes from Swynnerton old hall. Most coveted today, just the western part that can be identified from other map routes from today. The bank overlooking the city and towards the roaches was also covered by the man (mark) and his dog. Other tracks in that route also covered by others.
Later was the Harley Thorns area...actually quite a big area of dense Bracken. Routes from me shown, but others zig zagged. Would suggest that if anyone felt that they had time and wanted to go out, there is plenty of opportunity to go back.
Did speak with a runner from a club, went out in a group this morning past garden centre over mway and swynnerton, then back in 2 groups.

This is a small search I've done this afternoon with my dog, nothing to report but lots of area to be covered - don't know how much of this area has already been looked at, sorry I couldn't help more.

Maps showing an area I've searched this afternoon with my dog. We walked back along the main track because we were losing the light by that point but the wiggly lines show routes we took off the track and into the undergrowth to search as best as we could.
