Pepper's Pet services

Terms and conditions

 

 

1.       I agree to provide/arrange for keys to be available for Lynn Pepper of Pepper’s pet services for the dog walking/ house visit appointment.

2.       I authorise Pepper’s pet services to obtain and authorise any emergency veterinary care or treatment that may be necessary during the time spent with my pets. I understand every effort will be made to contact me prior to obtaining care. I authorise Pepper’s pet services to use an alternative veterinary practice should my own vet be unavailable. I accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care.

3.       I agree to reimburse Pepper’s pet services for any additional fees for providing emergency care as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food, or supplies.

4.       I will be responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the dog walker or other persons by my dogs. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pepper’s pet services in the event of a claim by any person or animal injured by my dog (s).

5.       If my dog is un-neutered female I will inform Pepper’s pet services when my dog is in season. During this time I understand my dog will be walked alone for safety purposes and that I will incur the single dog walking fee.

6.       I agree to notify Pepper’s pet services of any concern/complaints within 24 hours of any appointment.

7.        I realise I must give 24 hours’ notice to cancel any appts or the full amount for the walk/visit will be payable.

8.       I will settle the amount owed at the end of each week/month in which the walks have been undertaken.

9.       Where dog walking is a regular arrangement over a period of time with no defined end, I and Pepper’s pet services both agree to a 2 week notice of termination of the agreement. (except in the case of the pet passing away)

10.      I understand that if my dog shows aggression towards other dogs or members of the public it may be necessary for it to wear a muzzle and agree to this course of action.
